BUSINESS HOURS

  • Our online store opens 24 hours everyday. Customers can place order through our website at anytime. Our products are up to date and inventory is correct. 
  • Our sales representatives are here to assist you Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 21:00 (9am - 9pm) and Sunday from 12:00 - 21:00 (12pm - 9pm).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We offer free shipping for every order via Thai standard postal service 
  • We offer free EMS shipping for order of over 1,000 baht
  • We do not have additional charges for packaging of the items
  • We ship Monday to Friday at 14:00 (2pm) and Saturday at 11:00 (11am). 
  • Orders that are fully paid 1 hour prior to our regular shipment time is guarantee same day delivery. 
  • Orders that are paid after shipment hour will be delivered the next day

PAYMENT

  • If you place an order online, you can choose to pay either via Paypal or Bank Transfer. 
  • If you choose to pay via Paypal, you will be redirect to Paypal checkout page to complete your purchase. Paypal is secure and safe. 
  • If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please select "bank transfer" at checkout and you will receive instructor with bank information in the confirmation email.
  • Please pay fully 24 hours after you place your order. 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  • We offer 7 days exchange policy! If the clothes you buy doesn't fit, you can exchange for a different size. Or if you are dissatisfy with the products, you can return them within 7 days after you receive the products from us. 
  • Please contact us via LINE, phone, facebook or email to inform us of your intent to exchange or return. 
  • Customers will have to pay for the shipping fees for exchange and return item. 
  • We will send you a new item free of charge 1 time for the first exchange only. Every exchanges made after that for the same order will be charged to customer. 
  • Exchanged and returned products must still have the hag tag, have no damages, have not been washed. 
  • After 7 days, we will not accept the products back.
